About Us

Charity Anastasio founded Charity Anastasio, Attorney at Law, PLLC in order to offer representation to clients with Estate Planning and Elder Law decisions at an affordable cost. She is dedicated to developing an estate plan that fits your values, creatively problem solves your issues, and fits within your budget.

Charity started in Estate law in 2006, as an intern as SeniorLAW Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she drafted estate planning documents for elderly clients, as well as assisting clients in probate, deed transfers, consumer protection, protection from abuse and financial exploitation, contractor disputes, and landlord-tenant disputes.

She returned to Seattle and joined the First Responder Will Clinic (formerly Wills for Heroes) as a law clerk, board member, and then attorney. The First Responder Will Clinic is part of the WSBA Washington Young Lawyers Division and drafts wills, power of attorneys, and advance health care directives for firefighters and police officers for free, in recognition of the risks they take to protect our communities.

Charity also volunteered at Senior Rights Assistance, conducting phone intake interviews to assess legal issues of callers and researching and writing self-help materials on legal issues related to property and estate planning.
